Well, I fell for it again. I received an email today for another home based business opportunity, and unfortunately I bought it. I continously manipulate myself into thinking that one of these "opportunities" has to be real. To date I have pretty much purchased anything I've seen on an infomercial, more than once, or received multiple emails about. These "opportunities" have been related to real estate, informational products, buying and selling notes, pyramids, e-Bay, etc.
While some of these products did contain some useful information most of them were crap, and under delivered on their commitments. Additionally, they all seem to be based off the same "business model (if it can be called that)." Today I decided that I'd had enough of being ripped off by these programs and have started this blog. The hope is to review one product every couple of days and report on it, while creating a forum for others to share their experiences. Included below are some of my rules for operating this blog:
1. I'm not here to rip you off. I won't link to or recommend any programs that I have not had success with myself.
2. I've put honest effort into anything that I am blogging on.
3. I will only be an affiliate for programs and will let you know when I recommend something if I'm an affiliate or not.
4. Since this is a blog, I have nothing to up-sell.
5. I will never have a 5 page sob story about how I was ripped off and created a new program that actually works - that line's been all used up.
There you have it, really simple operating rules so there will not be any confusion. So keep an eye out for future posts, and I hope you enjoy the blog.
